These terms and conditions, together with our privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Owner Direct Business Sales and Marketing in relation to your use of our website. 

9. Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with Australian law, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

Cancellation Policy and Fee

Cancellation Request

All cancellation requests pertaining to any service agreement with Owner Direct Business Sales and Marketing must be submitted in writing via email to our designated email address. 

Cancellation Fee

In the event of a cancellation request, a cancellation fee equivalent to 4 weeks of the weekly fee ($99) will be applicable. This totals to a fee of $396. 

Refund & Adjustments

If you have already made payments exceeding the cancellation fee and any outstanding dues for services rendered, the excess amount will be refunded. If payments made are less than the cancellation fee, the difference will be payable by the client upon cancellation.

Acknowledgment

By entering into any service agreement with Owner Direct Business Sales and Marketing, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy and the associated fee. 

Payment Method

Direct Debit Payments

All weekly service fees payable to Owner Direct Business Sales and Marketing will be collected via Direct Debit. 

Payment Authorization

By entering into a service agreement with Owner Direct Business Sales and Marketing, you authorize us to initiate debit entries to your bank account as provided during the signup or agreement process. This authorization will remain in effect until you cancel it in writing, and you ensure sufficient funds are available to cover the weekly direct debits.

Failed Payments

If a Direct Debit payment fails due to insufficient funds, closed account, or any other reason, you will be notified and will be responsible for immediate payment by alternative means, along with any additional fees or charges incurred by Owner Direct Business Sales and Marketing due to the failed debit.

Changes to Payment Method

If you wish to change your payment method or bank details for Direct Debit, you must notify Owner Direct Business Sales and Marketing in writing and provide the necessary updated information at least ten days before the next scheduled debit.
